To learn about the cancellation policy of your booking, you can find those details at the bottom of your Confirmation Page that was sent to you once you completed your booking. 


To cancel your booking:

  1. Login to your account
    1. If you do not remember your login, you can reset your password here
    2. You can also have us send you the last booking made with your email address here
  2. Then select your booking and click "Manage"
  3. On the following screen, select Cancel
  4. You will be presented with your options for cancellation. Please note while we do not charge you a penalty for canceling, the hotel 


If your booking is non-refundable or the refund-by-date has passed, you will not be able to cancel and get a refund. These bookings are under a non-refundable and non-amendable contract with our travel partners. To issue you a refund, we need to start a negotiation process with all the parties involved.

This negotiation is still necessary even with the hotel's approval, as our travel partners have different cancellation policies. While we do our best to negotiate, some travel partners may reject our cancellation request and charge MobyTrip for your booking. In such cases, MobyTrip is unable to grant a refund.


For this reason, we do not recommend booking non-refundable rates if it's possible that your plans may change.
